The productive process of the Alfonso Sellitto S.p.A. is constantly monitored both by the internal laboratory and the external accredited laboratory. The forefront control plan numbers, among its analysis, also a strict foreign body control thought a sophisticated ray x machine.

    Certifications

    To improve its management quality system the Alfonso Sellitto S.p.A. has decided to get numerous voluntary certifications.

      On the 8th February 2010 the company got the Kosher certification

      On the 14th August 2010 our management system has been approved according to “ The Global Standard for food Safety Issue 5:January 2008 “ well know as BRC.

      organic

      On the 22th September 2010 the organic products LaValle have got the NOP certifications according to the USDA NATURAL ORGANIC PROGRAM,FINAL RULE 7 CFR 205.

      pizza

      Furthermore in the 2015 the Alfonso Sellitto S.p.A. has been qualified as “Approved supplier” of the association Verace Pizza Napoletana.
